So today I'm giving you some ideas for what to do to fill your time with things that will kill time.

1- DIY and crafts.
filling your times with things you will ACTUALLY need will fulfill your feeling of emptiness, and will be fun doing it with family and friends, if you don't know what to do well I'll give something to begin with click here .or see Pinterest for ideas.
2-Reading
Shocker I KNOW! but reading will keep you busy through the entire day, in case you want to read, but you are busy try audio book I LOVE them sooo much and they are fun while you're doing your work or everyday activities.

3- Go out for a beer or whatever drink you want
I advise you to do it with friends for more happy atmosphere. honestly it won't hurt to be alone if you don't feel like it. now I'm not encouraging you to drink alcohol, you can drink coffee, tea or whatever make YOU happy because that's what we're all about fellas.
4- YOGA and sports
it won't hurt if you work out or do some yoga and I actually do yoga from YouTube. and other websites for example check out this blog, or subscribe to Yoga With Adriene just click here
she gives yoga lessons to beginners and advanced people in yog, and you will find it really relaxing and will kill time A LOT.
5- Go hiking
You need to go to the wilderness sometimes to appreciate life a little bit more and see the amazing world out of the city and breath healthy fresh air because you need it a lot.
but please please be careful when you go hiking if you don't know the forest or the woods go with some who does and go with groups. In case you want to go alone go to places the government says that's safe, so you don't become bears food lol.
